Ran 7 miles yesterday! (In two separate sessions). Ran my scheduled run in the morning, which was 7×1 minute intervals over a 3 mile route. One of the intervals was disrupted by steep downhill so I added an extra interval on. Felt fine but was unfocused so felt I didn’t push as hard as last week. In the evening Lucy asked if I wanted to run with her and we did around 3 miles together at a fairly slow pace (>8min miles). Having today off but planning on doing the Roundhay Park Run on Saturday.
